- For individual and group guests check –in starts at 3 p.m.. Check –out (departure) time till 12 a.m.
- In «Check in» Guest should fill the guest registration card and provide identification documents (for example- passport, ID card or the other document of person identity ) .
- By signing the guest registration card, the guest agrees to the fact that guest data can be used for “Jaukus viešbutis ” company administration purposes and agree to the Hotel “De Lita” Rules and Privacy Policy.
- At check – out, please leave your key– card at the reception. If it is lost – in your bill must be included 10 € fee.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. Please be so kind and smoke only in places specially designed for this purpose. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area – terrace (1-st floor). Failure to comply will result in additional charge of 50 EUR, for extra room cleaning.
- Terms of fire protection prohibits burning candles in the rooms.
- For your own safety in the room may be only the registered person. Customers are required to pay for all persons actually living in the room.
- Parents or other attending (fostering) people are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.
- We recommend You to keep valuable things in a safe.
- Money for unused complexes are not returned.
- Iron and ironing board for temporary use can take for free.
- Thank you for your respect for the inventory. For the damage (the administration assesses the hotel) provides financial responsibility.
- Please note that housekeeping services are provided from 9 am. till 5 p.m. when the guest is not in the room.
- Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Dirty towels, please post on the bathroom floor.
- If you will leave the sign “Please Do Not Disturb” on your door – Your room will not be cleaned;
- Kindly ask you to inform hotel administrator (short tel. 9000) about noticed technical and equipment damage. The breakdowns will be fixed immediately.
- It is prohibited to listen to loud music, make noise or cause inconveniences in any other way to other visitors of the Hotel. Please respect the other guests right to rest and keep silence in the hotel from 23:00 to 6:00. If you are disturbed, please inform the personnel on duty. If your neighbors are noisy during the quiet hours, please inform the receptionist tel.9000.
- For security reasons, the public places in the hotel are being watched by video cameras.
- The Administration is not responsible for personal belongings, money and documents which are being left unattended.
- For hotel‘s service You can pay with the card (VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, Eurocard) or in cash (in Euro).
- Telephone in the rooms are for local calls: 9000 – Reception, 9001 – Restaurant. To make a call to another room, You have to dial 9 and the room number.

Bank machines. Please, request about the nearest bank machine at the reception.
Bed clothes. Extra pillows and bed covers are available on request. Please contact the reception.
Bikes. There are about 55 km of bike tracks in Druskininkai. Please, request at hotel reception for the bike rent and bike routes.
Breakfast. Breakfast is served from 8.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. in the Hotel Restaurant.
C Car rental. Our front desk staff will be happy to arrange a rental car for you.
Chapels. There are working Catholic and Orthodox churches in Druskininkai. How to find them ask at the front desk.
Children. Children under the age of 4 are free of charge if sharing a room with 2 adults.
Check-out. Check-out is till 12.00 a.m. Late check-out is subject to availability and may be subject to a surcharge.
Complaints. We do our very best to please our guests in every way we can. If we have not made you totally happy, the management would like to know so that we could improve our services in the future.
Copying. Copying service is available at the reception.
Credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
D Defects. We try very hard to keep our rooms in perfect condition. If something is not in order, please let the front desk know so that it could rectified.
Do not disturb notice. Please hang on the outside knob of your door if you do not want the maid to enter.
Doctor. Please ask at the front desk.
Dentist. Please ask at the front desk.
Drugs. Transactions in illegal drugs will result in immediate eviction from your room.
E Emergency plan. For medical emergencies please call reception using the telephone in the room. Emergency evacuation plan is posted on the inside of your door. Please make yourself familiar with the nearest escape routes in case of emergency.
F Fax. Fax service is available at the front desk.
Fire. In case of fire please call reception immediately and evacuate your room closing the door behind you. Before you leave the room is sure the door has not get hot. If so, do not go outside. Do not lock the door behind you if you go out, you may need to re-enter your room. If the fire is in the hallway, soak towels in the bathtub and put at the bottom ofthe door to prevent. Smoke from getting into your room. Do not open the windows unless you have to. Fresh air fuels fires. Soak a towel and hold it over your mouth and nose. Stoop down as low as possible as you leave your room.
Foreign currency. Currency exchange is available at the nearest bank.
G Guests. Fire prevention regulations require that we allow only registered guests into our guest rooms. There fore ifyou wish to take visitors to your room, they must be registered at the front desk. We cannot allow exceptions for your own safety.
FIRE PREVENTION
Dear Guests, please remember:
- Do not use personal electrical heating appliances in Your room;
- Switch off all electrical appliances when leaving Your room;
- is dangerous to cover electrical appliances;
- Do not smoke in the bed or leave inflammable cigarettes when smoking, use ashtrays;
- Do not throw cigarette – ends into waste – paper basket;
- Memorize emergency exits and location of staircases.
If you discover a fire
In your room:
- Dial 9000, 112;
- Try to extinguish fire without endangering yourself, otherwise leave the room closing the door;
- Report the fire to Reception, dial 9000; 112;
- Leave the area of danger and follow directives given by Hotel Management/Fire Officer.
In the hotel:
- Dial 9000; 112;
- Close windows and doors and leave the area/your room;
- If the area is full of smoke preventing You from leaving the premises, stay in your room, close doors, open windows. Covers chinks and ventiliation ducts with damp bedclothes/towels;
- Make your location known by dial 9000 and/or call for help from opened windows;
- If possibile, stand on Your balcony or terrace closing the door behind You.
In case of emergency, dial 9000, 112;
Evacuation plan is hanged near the exit door of your room.
